Man, the sours discussion, I so wish I had been there for that one. While I know the enamel stripping, and nail polish remover type sours, and have liked them from time to time, man, from classic Guezes, Lambics, Drie Fonetenien or Cantillon type sours, vs say what Libertine is doing vs say, my new local, Cellador, worlds apart. To each their own of course, something for everyone, but, damn I wish I could've been there for that topic.

Some places won't fill other breweries growlers (which is becoming less frequent, but does still happen) some also do Co2 purges, bottom fill too, but glass growlers can chip, break, etc. Can also be lightstuck. Stainless steel is the way to go for growlers imo too. Crowlers will ecome far more frequent, as will satellite tap rooms.
